Details
Rufus testnet runs on the Arbitrum Nova tech stack. This means that it's an L3 on top of the Arbitrum L2 testnet (Sepolia). ELON from Rufus testnet can be bridged using the native Arbitrum testnet bridge, which requires Arbitrum Sepolia ETH.
